Jess Lynch is a Founding General Partner at FoundersEdge, a pre-seed venture fund by founders for founders, backing experienced teams building AI-native companies designed to last. She previously founded and led Wishroute, a MarTech startup acquired in 2023.

A licensed CPA with valedictorian masters degrees (MBA & MSA) from Babson, Jess began her career in financial forensics at PwC. She's angel invested in and advised hundreds of early-stage startups on product, GTM, fundraising, and exits.

Jess also builds founder communities—she co-founded CT Founders Club and launched UpLevel, a national network connecting women founders and investors through curated lunches and an annual summit.
